
DIRECTIONS
1. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and add the olive oil.
2. Toss the chicken wings in the olive oil until completely coated and
sprinkle with the Southwestern seasoning.
3. Gently toss the chicken wings and Southwestern seasoning together
until the chicken wings are well coated.
4. Cover the chicken wings and let marinate for at least 2 hours,
preferably overnight.
5. Preheat your grill to a medium high heat and lightly oil the grill racks.
6. Place the marinated chicken wings on the oiled and preheated grill.
7. Cook until an internal temperature of 165 degrees has been reached
or until the chicken wings are no longer pink near the bone.
8. Once the chicken wings are done place in the bowl with the butter
and toss until well coated.
For the Cilantro Lime Butter
1. Place the soft butter in a mixing bowl with the lime juice, zest,
cilantro, salt, and pepper.
2. With a wire whisk or electric mixer mix all the ingredients together.
3. Place the butter in the refrigerator or leave out if ready to use

2 lbs. Chicken Wings

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

½ Stick Soft Unsalted Butter

2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Zest and Juice of 2 Limes
-
½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
-
¼ Teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper

CHEF'S TIP
While mixing the butter add a shot or two of tequila for a nice authentic kiss of the Southwest.
