DIRECTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2. Carefully add the potatoes to the boiling water. Boil until fork tender,
for about 15 minutes.
3. Carefully drain the water from the potatoes and place it in a large
bowl.
4. Immediately add the butter, heavy cream, garlic, and the Brazilian
seasoning.
5. With a potato masher, mash the potatoes making sure to incorporate
all the ingredients.
6. Serve with your desired protein and vegetables

2 lbs. Red Potatoes, Cleaned and Cut into Quarters

4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

¼ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1 Tablespoon Roasted or Minced Garlic
